I have always focused on giving hands-on, personal service to my clients and I cannot do that if I'm kept busy managing a large team of assistants and agents. I keep my staff and my agent count low and manageable so I'm still able to interact directly with my own clients in the field, my main true love!
The MKS Realty Group name was derived from my personal initials - and I deliver personal service with my personal name.
I am not a numbers-based agent. I do not take on more clients than I know I can personally handle at any time. I am a relationship-based agent and I look forward to developing a personal relationship with every one of my clients as we work together toward their goals.

I was first licensed in Nebraska in 1978! I've now held a real estate license consistently for 42 years. This is the only industry I've ever worked in as an adult. My background includes property management, commercial development and residential resale. I founded MKS Realty Group here in Arizona in 1994 to best serve the needs of my clients and to partner with my husband who owns and operates Capital Plus Financial, a full-service mortgage lending company. Together we offer one-stop shopping for our clients. There are no middlemen (so to speak) to deal with. Our clients work directly with us, one on one.
Out of more than 1.3 million REALTORS®, less than 3% spend the extra time, effort and cost to earn designations. That small percentage equals a HUGE disadvantage to you when shopping for an agent! The expertise I've gained through my designation training sets me apart from a million other agents!
